Samara found a love of movement and mind-body awareness while growing up dancing ballet. She practiced yoga for several years before deciding to become a teacher so she could share her love of yoga with others. She aims to cultivate a warm and inviting space for physical and mental exploration on the mat. Her classes encourage playful and creative self-discovery while fostering greater bodily awareness and acceptance. She currently offers restorative yin and hatha flow classes.
